Rae splits her time between an Employment Law practice and a Health Care practice.

On the employment side, Rae represents clients in all phases of employment and business litigation in state and federal courts and administrative agencies. Rae advises businesses on a wide range of topics, including employee po1icies/ handbooks, sexual harassment/discrimination prevention, business formation and contract drafting. Rae litigates a variety of cases such as wrongful termination, sexual harassment, discrimination, breach of contract, unfair competition and corporate and partnership dissolutions.

On the health care side, Rae represents health care professionals in administrative proceedings, arbitrations, Superior Court, on appeal in various matters such as discrimination, sexual harassment, peer review, MBC investigations, partnership disputes, credentialing, staff privileges, and employee claims.
